We appreciate that if a breakdown occurs it could mean that your whole factory grinds to a halt. Our fully trained service engineers are ready to respond to your call. We operate our own “in house” service department, which offers extensive facilities including, repair, service, maintenance, and calibration all of which is designed to get you up and running with the minimum of fuss.

Repair
All vehicles and workshop are stocked with a comprehensive range of spare parts. This can also minimise downtime of your equipment.
Our Engineers or Sales Department can advise on replacement of equipment or the purchase of new.
Service & Maintenance
Regular service/maintenance can extend the life expectancy and accuracy of your equipment all or which can help prevent the dreaded downtime.
Maintenance Agreements
Maintenance Agreements can be tailored to suit your specific requirements.
The number of visits you want per year, the number of calibrations visits you need.
Calibration Agreements
The Calibration Certificates we issue are traceable to National Standards, to satisfy the requirements of ISO9000, BRC, GLP etc
A detailed site survey can be conducted to ensure your specific requirements are met.
We also offer a test weight calibration service. Certificates issued are traceable to National Standards.
