What is a weighbridge?
Made of steel or concrete (or a mixture of the two), a weighbridge is essentially a big set of ‘bathroom scales’ for trucks that connects to a readout (the digital weight indicator) which shows the weight. The system provides for the weighing of goods by vehicle load and allows companies to charge customers by weight of load supplied or delivered. The description is straightforward, but the technology to achieve the function is innovative and highly precise. We operate our own “in house” service department, which offers extensive facilities including, repair, service, maintenance agreements and calibration. Take a look at the services we offer.

We can supply, install and calibrate.
Calibration
Full weight checks can also be conducted, using a 44ton Weighbridge Test Unit.
A Calibration Certificate is issued, complying with any ‘in house’ or external calibration requirements.
This could be incorporated within one of our Maintenance Agreements.
Repair
We appreciate that weighbridge down time is important and needs to be kept to the absolute minimum. Our trained service engineers are ready to respond to your call.
We stock ‘key’ spare parts for weighbridges that we supply and have access to spares from other manufacturers.
